Case hardening is one of the classic thermochemical heat treatments. Despite a great deal of practical experience, new tasks and questions arise time and again. The program CaseHardening Calculation provides a comprehensive solution. Due to the newly designed user interface the program is easy to use. Material analyses can be taken from the supplied database for most materials and modified to suit your own calculations. The graphical visualization during heat treatment input supports the operator and helps to avoid errors. The combined view of process history and C-profile shows the diffusion profile at any time in its development. For demonstration purposes, this graphic can be animated so that the development of the diffusion profile together with the changes of the process parameters run like in a movie with adjustable time-lapse.

    • Recommended screen resolution: 1920Ă—1080 (FHD)
    • Other hardware requirements meet the recommended operating requirements
    • In case of a network version, it is recommended to install the server on a server operating system
    • Internet access is required for a test version
